擺夷豆腐是草屯蒙娜料理廚房的美味料理。從來沒吃過這道雲南菜的我,第一次品嘗就被這家無國界料理餐酒館的這樣的豆腐料理給驚艷了。豆腐充滿煎炸過的香味,吸飽醬汁後滋味鹹香,配上生小黃瓜絲和香菜後,濃厚與清爽交融的味道無論配飯或酒都絕美。就算非常辣,還是忍不住一口接一口啊!🌶😝🍚🍸😋於是之後和家人去吃又點了一次,這樣的美味必須得記錄下來!

This dish was a dish of Mona Kitchen Fusion Bistro at Caotun, Nantou. At the first time I tasted it, I was surprised by its zesty flavour. The tofu was fried and aromatic. After absorbing the savory sauce it matched either rice or alcohol excellently. The raw coriander and sliced cucumber gave the dish a refreshing taste. It was so hard to stop eating it, thought it was very spicy!🌶😝🍚🍸😋
