泰式鮮蝦春雨｜Thai shrimp and glass noodles

泰式鮮蝦春雨也是蒙娜料理廚房的另一道料理。吸飽醬汁的春雨（冬粉）香辣美味又彈牙，隱藏其中的花生脆粒更給予這道料理奇妙的口感。生菜平衡了春雨的重口味，清爽又豐富的味道，讓我想換一種不同於麥克筆的方式來表現我品嘗到的。因此我用線條細緻的代針筆畫輪廓，再用水彩輕輕上色。結果看來這道菜的味道倒是名副其實，像是清新的春天日微雨當中，不時傳來濃郁香氣呢！🌶🍤🇹🇭

This is also a spicy dish of Mona Kitchen Fusion Bistro. The glass noodles were neither chewy nor too soft and fully absorbed the sauce. The most special part was the crunchy peanuts hidden in the noodles, which gave the dish a very special texture. I wanted to express the taste of this dish more specifically, so I tried a different way to illustrated it. I used drawing pen for its outline and coloured it with watercolour. It turned out that the flavour of this dish felt just like its Chinese name — spring rain!🌶🍤
