蚵仔麵線｜Oyster vermicelli

這是與家人在去年螃蟹盛產季節，到海產餐廳大啖海鮮時所點的其中一道菜。使用代針筆勾勒麵線的風味，並用色鉛筆繪出的蚵仔麵線的口感。如今輕鬆上餐廳聚餐成了難得的奢侈，懷念的美味記憶，就透過畫筆重現~🖌️🎨😋

This is one of the dishes that my family ordered when we went to a seafood restaurant to eat seafood during the crab season last year. I used a fineliner to outline the flavor of the noodle and used colored pencils to draw the taste of the oyster noodle. Now it’s a rare luxury to go to a restaurant for dinner, and the delicious memories that I miss are reproduced through brushes~🖌️🎨😋
