Braised pork rice, a classic Taiwanese snack, looks ordinary, but it is not easy to make it delicious. A year ago, a small restaurant “Pinbaifu” opened near my home. Their braised pork rice was a rare favorite food that my family and I have unanimously recognized. The side dishes and braised food were also delicious.
