草仔粿｜Mugwort rice cake

清明節要到了，除了可大啖潤餅以外，鼠麴粿也是應景的美食之一。蘿蔔絲和紅豆口味，甜鹹各有滋味；軟Q的糯米外皮，是美味關鍵。雖因腸胃較弱，糯米製品只能淺嚐；這每逢節日才有的少見傳統點心，還是令我期待。不知大家都喜歡什麼口味呢？😋

Tomb-sweeping Festival is coming. In addition to Taiwanese burrito, mugwort rice cake is also a traditional food for this festival. The filling of the cake is often made from radishes or red beans; the former one is savory while the latter one is sweet. Both tastes good! Though I couldn’t have much because the cake is made of sticky rice, which is uneasy to digest, I still very look forward to it!
