北非燉蛋｜Shakshuka

住家附近的早午餐店，雖是以貨櫃簡單建構而成，提供的料理卻很不簡單！除了義大利麵、早午餐盤、漢堡等常見的西式菜色外，還有不少特別的料理，如這道北非燉蛋。燉到軟爛的紅椒與番茄無比甜美，和香濃起司絕配；伴著麵包和玉米片一起吃，美味又十分飽足！其他餐點也都好吃~😋

An inconspicuous restaurant built with containers near my home serves yummy brunches. In addition to pastas and hamburgers, it also makes special food, like this Shakshuka, a classic dish from North Africa. The stewed tomatoes, onions and poached eggs were so good simply with toasts and tortilla chips!😋
