柚子鹽味拉麵｜Yuzu shio ramen

已開了一陣子的山禾堂拉麵，是我心目中草屯拉麵的第一名。它的價位在草屯這樣的小地方並不平易近人，但其美味總令我再三回味。拉麵好吃，但可是非常不好畫。不過直接畫在圓形的水彩紙上，放在桌上俯視之下就好像真的放了一碗麵，很有趣!

This is one dish of my favorite ramen shop Shan-Ho-Town in Caotun. Compared to strong-flavoured tonkotsu ramen it tasted fresh and light. I painted the ramen on a round watercolor paper given by a colleague sitting next to me at the watercolor course. The work put on the table is almost like a real bowl of ramen. Though painting this work with so many details was a tough work, it was very interesting!
