西班牙捲｜Spain sushi roll

難得在草屯看到歐美風格的壽司，且種類豐富，有加拿大捲、伊司坦布爾捲、挪威捲、東京三明治等，但是只限內用。這道包著牛肉片、炸蝦、蟹沙拉、酪梨與起司的西班牙捲，比起單純鮮美的握壽司，是另一種華麗的滋味；東西風格相遇所迸出的火花，新穎而精彩。由於疫情，最近都不在外用餐，希望早日能嘗試其他品項！🍣🥢❤️

It is rare to see European and American-style sushi in Caotun, and there are many kinds of sushi, including Canadian rolls, Istanbul rolls, Norwegian rolls, Tokyo sandwiches, etc., but only for domestic use. This Spanish roll wrapped with sliced beef, fried shrimp, crab salad, avocado and cheese is another gorgeous taste compared to the pure and delicious nigiri; the spark of the meeting between East and West styles is novel and wonderful. Due to the epidemic, I haven’t been dining out recently, I hope to try other items soon!
