在我年少時,生魚片是難以下口的可怕食物。一直到大學時期小舅Kooroano請吃欣葉日本料理,徹底顛覆了我對生魚片的印象。從此我就對鮮甜的魚生如蝦子、烏賊、生蠔等胃口大開,真是感謝小舅開拓了我味蕾的新天地,讓我能夠享受這樣的美味!
When I was little, I was afraid of sashimi. The soft texture and fishy taste of sashimi disgusted me until I had very delicious seared sashimi at Shin Yeh Japanese Buffet. Since then, sashimi has been one of my favorite Japanese foods!
