島島+是草屯一間推廣小農蔬果的餐廳,雖然菜色種類不多,卻健康又美味。烤過的玉米筍、杏鮑菇和櫛瓜鮮甜多汁,薏仁和南瓜淡淡的香甜是最美的亮點;撒上檸檬皮的小管新鮮有彈性,附餐麵包也能咀嚼出麵團的香甜。而且菜單上的每道菜都寫著食材來源,每次吃都覺得舒服又放心;店內環境十分樸實又溫暖、簡單有質感,在草屯就有這樣的餐廳,實在太幸運了~
“Bon Appétit” is a restaurant dedicated to promoting vegetables and fruits from small-scale farmers. Although there’re not many choices on its menu, every dish it serves is healthy and tasty. The roasted baby corn, king oyster mushroom and zucchini are so juicy; the slightly sweetness of pearl barley and pumpkin is the most beautiful highlight; the bread and the calamari are both fresh. The origin of the food are also written on the menu; the environment of the restaurant is clean and in good taste. It’s always delightful to dine here!
