去年八月與朋友到竹山一遊,早在出發前幾個月就已知道這間以竹山特產 – 筍子為料理的餐廳;終於得償一訪,美味至今念念不忘!酸菜與豬肉滋味酸香濃郁,十分下飯,還有顏色漸層美麗的火龍果汁;不但餐廳裝潢、餐具皆是以竹子製成,連裝果汁的玻璃杯都是竹筒狀!如此有在地特色又有創意!好期待再去品嚐別的菜色啊!
I went to a restaurant serves cuisines made with the local specialty of Chushan Township – bamboo shoots last summer with my friend. Not only the dishes, the interior design , the chairs, and the tableware of the restaurant are all made from bamboos! Importantly, the food were so tasty that I hope I can visit there again to try all the items on the menu!😍🤤✨
