小青龍椒香腸披薩｜Pepper sausage pizza

這是在恆春波波廚房嘗到的、結合在地食材與異國風情的美味披薩。那時全家一起新年旅行，意外發現這家無論裝潢、食物品質都很有歐洲風情的餐館，在當地小有名氣。老舊房屋改裝後的建築多了不少功能，不但一樓販賣麵包和冰淇淋等方便帶走的食物，二樓開餐廳；走進一樓的內部還有小小的咖啡店和其他商店。這是我第一次在一家餐廳，感受到這種別有洞天的驚喜感；除了味蕾上的驚艷，還能欣賞老房子改造的種種別緻之處。薄脆的披薩與食材比例配合得相當好，配上一杯Sangria和南方的過暖的冬天，覺得自己好像又回到旅行南歐的時候了！🍕🍷😍 

I tasted this delicacy at Kitchen Swell while I was travelling in Hengchun, Pingtung with my family during Chinese new year. We found this famous restaurant accidentally and reserved a table luckily. The building is a rebuilt old house with many rooms. The rooms on the 1st floor are used as a bakery, a shop and a cafe; the space on the 2nd floor is for the restaurant. It was a wonderful experience that I not only tasted good food but enjoyed visiting the well-rebuilt interior of the house. I love the combination of local ingredients and exotic food. With a glass of Sangria and warm weather I recalled the feeling of travelling in South Europe! 🍕🍷😍
