位於勤美誠品附近巷弄裡的小店「圓環咖啡」，是我難得再訪數次的愛店。最初朋友帶我來此，我就被帶有英國風味的獨特料理吸引；由於想嘗試的餐點和飲品種類太多，因此便趁著只要有朋友約相聚台中，就以此處為碰面之處。然而因為好吃到每次同一道菜（至於是哪道，就待下周分曉）都想再吃一次，因此至今尚未蒐集完成。這份三明治，就是我終於下定決心不再點同一道所嘗試的新料理。
芥末、培根、起司、蛋簡直是我所愛的集大成，在熱壓三明治的包夾之下，濃郁的口感讓人回味無窮；薯塊和新鮮沙拉的點綴增添了飽足感，非常有英式風情。配上一杯我最愛的卡布情濃（他們家的卡布奇諾之美味的確會讓人喝出濃厚情感），就是一頓美味簡便的早午餐。因兩位經營者也自英國留學歸國，共有英國留學經驗的我感到莫名的親切；於是我用咖啡色的代針筆描線，再用水彩上色，整體的顏色偏暖，表現出我感受到的：英國留學的回憶再度浮現腦海，各種歡笑時刻聚集的溫暖。
I had this sandwich at Roundabout Cafe seated in a lane around CMP Eslite Parkland. Several years ago my friend brought me here for lunch, and I was attracted by their English-style dishes right away. It was hard to find a restaurant serving English food in Taichung. So I came here again and again with different friends to introduce my beloved cafe. I love some of the dishes and drinks so much that I gave up trying other items when I went there again. As I had the food here, my memories of studying in the UK flooded back. I hope I’ll go there again soon!😍😋😝
