德國結｜German soft pretzel． Laugenbrezel

相較於充滿配料、口味豐富的台式麵包，我更加喜愛能嚼出麵香、風味單純的歐式麵包。單吃或簡單沾油醋醬，就很美味。除了長棍、佛卡夏、貝果，德國結麵包也是我很喜歡的一種。嘗試用色鉛筆畫在300磅的水彩紙上，雖紋路粗糙了些，無法畫出細緻的風格，但成品近似蠟筆的質感，也很有趣！

Compared with Taiwanese breads full of ingredients and rich flavors, I prefer European-style breads that are chewy and simple in flavor. It’s delicious on its own or simply dipped in vinaigrette. In addition to baguettes, focaccia, and bagels, German knot bread is also one of my favorites. I tried drawing on 300 lb watercolor paper with colored pencils. Although the texture is a bit rough, I can’t draw a detailed style, but the texture of the finished work is similar to the crayon, which is also very interesting!
