停不了炸雞飯｜Fried chicken with rice

這道炸雞飯，就是我在圓環咖啡點了3次、不斷推薦給他人的回味度100%招牌菜。炸雞塊沒有厚厚的炸粉，卻酥香飽滿；一口咬下鮮嫩多汁且彈牙，不會過柴或過軟，還帶有醃料的香氣。整道料理份量充足、味道濃郁，給我濃厚豐富的感覺，有別於上一張三明治的輕盈繽紛。因此我選擇用墨筆勾勒這道菜的邊線。早餐盤和鬆餅、布朗尼等烘焙甜點是下次目標，也期待能再嘗優格、卡布奇諾、可可牛奶和這道炸雞飯，看來要再去一次以上了！

This is the signature dish of Roundabout Cafe that I ordered three times and recommended to others numerous times. Without much fried chicken powder, the fried chicken nuggets were still crispy and juicy, full of aroma of spices. So different from the last one — sandwich — I used a writing brush for the outline of this cuisine to illustrate its rich and strong taste. My next targets are the brunch plate, waffles and brownie and hope to have yogurt, cappuccino, cocoa and this dish again. That means I will go there again and again！
