核棗糕｜Jujube walnut cake

核棗糕是我非常喜歡的傳統零嘴之一。紅棗泥包覆碎核桃軟中帶脆，輕甜中帶有堅果油脂的香氣，若包著米紙就更有童稚時光的年味了！😌🍬😋

Jujube walnut cake is one of my favourite traditional sweets. It is made of mashed jujubes and crushed walnuts, which make it soft but crunchy. Also, it tastes light, sweet and full of aroma of the fat of nuts. If the jujube walnut cake is wrapped in rice paper, it even reminds me the Chinese New Year holidays of my childhood! 😌🍬😋
