上周老友來草屯找我,吃著美味的武食後卻回憶起去年在這間台中賣著道地印度咖哩的餐廳替她慶生。印度咖哩獨特的香料味搭配香軟的甩餅和米飯…因為疫情已好久沒上台中,雖說草屯也有美味咖哩,但只有日式和台式的口味,好想吃印度咖哩啊!!香濃奶茶、烤餅、白飯和咖哩盛裝在漂亮的器皿中,感覺十分奢華,口感也是如此。因此我以厚重的黑線勾勒並強調陰影,以表達這道料理的濃郁與扎實份量;並採接近三原色的紅、黃、藍鮮豔配色,如實反映了對味蕾的衝擊,美味強烈而深刻。🤤🍛🇮🇳
Last Sunday my friend visited me at Caotun. I remembered we celebrated her birthday in this restaurant serving delicious Indian curry in Taichung last year. Because of covid-19, I haven’t gone to Taichung for ages. Although there’re delicious curry at Caotun, but they’re either Japanese or Taiwanese style. I miss Indian curry so much! Fragrant milk tea, naans, rice and curry served in beautiful vessels looked luxurious and so was the taste. Therefore, I used heavy black lines to outline and emphasize the shadows to express the richness and solid weight of this dish. I used red, yellow, and blue bright colors to faithfully reflect the impact on my taste buds. The deliciousness was strong and profound.🤤🍛🇮🇳
